Delete Clash royale, go to your Game Center and go to your games section and when you see clash royale, swipe left and click on remove. !!! NOTE THAT IT WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT !!! And then download Clash Royale again and it will restart when it goes to 50% and then it will start working! Write in the comments if it works! And please share to friends!

if you are linked or logged into to game center it should not delete your data, if you have not connected the account then you will loose your progress.
