iOS Loading Screen Stuck at 39%

Hello, so i was playing clash royale using my school ipad (that does not include game center) and it was working for a while until recently last week about the loading bar would go upto 39% then kick me out of the pad. I did not do anything to this app or ipad to do this i just played it normally then all the sudden did this. I tried hard restarting it going into my filter still did not work. I also dont want to trust people when deleting the app so if anyone can help me that would be awesome cause i really want to play and have not been for about a week! Thanks :)
