General Cant buy anything from the shop!

I can't make any purchases from the shop from any device. The problem is not from any of the devices because if I in enter in any other game or in another clash royale account the purchases occur normally and I can make successful purchases.I already contacted Google, the App Store and even supercell support and I get no response. They're just wasting my time with automated answers, without any sense. I can read the standard procedures, I don't need the support to tell me that. If I'm asking for support, it's because I want to get a "deeper" help for a situation that I do not have any way to solve by my own. I already lost two promotions that I wanted to buy and I could not thanks to this problem. I do not want to be insensitive but honestly you are just losing money with the situation. I have already wipe the devices, tried to create another Google account, Apple account to make the purchase, I already tried to change to another device and NOTHING works. Even the recent promotion of the magicians that was with gold, I could not enjoy because it was always saying that I had a transaction in progress. This is totally absurd! The account I use has no pending purchases. In attachment I show a printscreen of the problem.

I have already changed the credit card, changed the device, the google account, the apple account, cleaned cache from google play store. I have no root, no jailbreak. C'mon this problem is absurd.

P.S - The last time I contacted the support in the game they simply deleted me the post.
