Android Cant open my Level 10 clan Chest!!!

Hello to anyone who is reading this thread right now. I want to report that my clan chest is not seeing on my clan wall. I was a participant in this clan chest but I knowingly didn't get crowns because I wanted to unlock my arena 7 cards. I wanted to stay there upto the clan chest events. My clan chest members got 10/10 clan chest and opened it but I wasn't able to open it. I addition to that,I couldn't see the clan chest message that says "OPEN'. In fact, I got ice wizard out of the free chest. When I went to open the clan chest. I was unable to see the message that says "OPEN". Supercell, please I want to get the clan chest back..please. Information about me is below:

My player tag: #2GVYLVCLL
My clan tag (Named "Nepali Army"): #JOOPYG or #J00PYG (I am confused weather the Second or third digits are zero 0 or O)
