As the title states, when both me and my friend are online we appear offline on each other's friends list. Mostly, we want to spectate each other, but it doesn't show up when we are in battle (because it says the other person is offline).

We can still do friendly battles if we request even though it says we are offline, but can't spectate.

We disconnected and reconnected and it didn't work. I even tried making a different facebook and becoming friends but still expierencing this problem.
Any help?
