Android Major Bug - Support doesnt respond

I have messaged through the app many times over the last two weeks about a lost account that I spent money on. Before the update it was linked to my Google Plus account and now all that is linked to that account is a level 1 brand new account. I have sent screenshots and proof of purchase of gems but nobody will help. Is there a support team? All I get is automated responses, I answer the question and then my conversation is deleted and I'll have to start over, this is a 3 Day cycle.
