iOS Crown Championship Global Series Support not helping

So I qualified for the next round in the Crown Championship Global Series (CCGS) by placing top 20 in one of their tournaments, and you're supposed to get an invite after the fact that contains information you will need for the next round which is Bracket Play. I can confirm that it was a legitimate tournament and I placed top 20 with photo evidence. But along with that problem i have used the support page of the CCGS on TWO separate occasions asking them to help me so I can receive the information I've earned and I've gotten NO messages back. Keep in mind the tournament was on Saturday May 13th. And I send my first support request 24 hours later. My second request was about 16 hours after that. Is there anything else I should do? And I don't want to compete in another tournament when I already competed in 1 and qualified. Also is anyone else having this issue?
