Dear Supercell,

I'm using my phone XIAOMI MI3 and I found a strange issue regarding clash royale and to my phone.
Yesterday I wipe all my data in my phone due to MI CLOUD issue, after wiping I tried to install the clash royale app. again. but before that, I have already a lvl 6 account connected to my gmail account, I'm sure that it is connected to it because I tried reloggin it to clash royale before the update happened and I have my achievements logs in my google play games, then proceed to after wiping all data.
I tried to login it again using my gmail account but no prompt of confirmation happen, It continue playing the lvl1 account in the beginning of the game. I lost my village at that point.

So I decided to report this by in-game message in clash royale. After sending all information I've wait for I think 2 - 3 hours. and after of several hours I saw 2 notification on clash royale apps. the 1 is for chest and I think the no. 2 notification is for the reply of supercell to my message. Upon checking and viewing the message. No message appear and it clear out.

Please help me retrieving my account and it is so hassle to communicate between the app and your company.
I think there's a bug in clash royale apps. vs my phone.
