First of all, I've lost my progress. Guess why?
Because Supercell doesn't care. They don't respond to our posts and confirm the bug and announce they are working on it.

I have screenshots showing my progress. I had a magical chest waiting to be opened. Yeah I waited for a long 12h time for this and I found a new update for the game when it became globally released. After every update in any game, I check Google Play Games connection. This time it was off, kept trying to connect but in vain.

Now after reinstalling the game, Everything and all hours invested in this game is GONE.

You should have addressed this issue before global release.

How am I gonna retrieve my progress again? I have every detail you want. But respond asap before I got kicked from clan and that would make it more difficult to retrieve.
