This morning i lost 4 games due to connection problems, this thing often happens and is not dependent on my connection. I'm an IT manager and I know how these things works. Now starts to become frustrating and if you were to continue in this way i will have to uninstall the game. It is not acceptable that a company like yours have these problems. Obviously, as you suggested, I made all of the controls on my connection (which is fiber up to 20Mb / s). I play several online games and I have never had these problems. I also verified that the place where i play more often there are no gray areas of my wi-fi connection. As well as ask money to purchase in-game (and I have spent some real money in the game), you should give a refund (in cups or cards) whenever someone loses a game for reasons not caused by the player but by your server.
