General Host vs Join timing advantage?

as i notice and understand that
a match has host and join.
and it make so different advantage in timing.

1) time lapse at beginning
host begin at ~6-7 elixir.
joiner begin at ~9-10 elixir.
this allow host put hog&fire spirit as fast as he can
and guarantee to take free crown tower damage before joiner can response anything!!

2) more effective to place a card
host can put a card at card's elixir minus 0.5
joiner must wait until he has enough elixir before game accept his command
and joiner also need extra wait for his network latency.

ex. game accept host put Giant card command at 4.5 elixir
and place it almost immediately when he reach 5 elixir.
but game will not accept joiner command until joiner has full 5 elixir
then joiner still need to wait extra network latency.
before his reduce elixir occur and actual place his Giant,
joiner may got 6th elixir before the Giant placement!!
it would be a disastrous disadvantage if joiner try to cast a spell to support his troop.
his troop would die all before spell being cast!!

plz take a look for better game balance.
