iOS Freezing issues game locking up!

On my iPhone 5s latest iOS version 9.2.1 with stable WiFi connection. Just froze for 5-10 secs and then back to normal, really weird. Funny thing is, when it froze, the flags in Royal arena is still waving, it's just that the characters is not moving and i can't seem to do anything. Music and sound is still there. Tapping on screen shows "No card is selected".

I understand that its still a beta, so please supercell take time off balancing the game and focus more on the bugs and freezing/lagging issues of clash royale as the global launch is near.
