Random opponent friendly match bug--EXPLAINED

Most of us have experienced this. Your clan mate wants to do a quick match with you, you accept. But wait, now you're fighting a stranger named YoyoMan99! And they're not even in your clan! You're caught off guard in a battle for cups, and you lose. Bummer. Well how did this happen? Well let's explain it all!

How did this happen?!
Well, it's simple really. The person who requested the fight, simply left the clan chat so they couldn't join the fight. Which left you with no other opponent than YoyoMan99.

How were they able to leave the Clan Chat? It doesn't let you leave, everything is grayed out!
Well, there are actually two ways to leave clan chat when looking for a battle. I'll explain them both in detail.

Example A: Well, they just went to watch a replay while looking for a match. So when you went to accept the battle, the other player isn't there, so the game fills your opponents place with the infamous YoyoMan99.

Example B: This one does the same thing, but is a little bit different. This one is even more simple, you just go straight to the home menu on your device, easy as pie! But I said it was different didn't I? Well, I don't understand why, but when you open back up the game, you get put into a match with another random opponent yourself! Sadly I don't have an explanation for this yet, but I will get to it, and try to figure it out.

DISCLAIMER: YoyoMan99 is just an example. I picked this name because this is the user I matched up with when this happened to me the first time. Love you dude! <3
