Hi everyone!

I would like to share a problem that I experience every day in Clash Royale, and it's really driving me crazy. The problem is that, the game 6 out of 10 times disconnects me when I'm in the main menu. Luckily the was never such problem during a battle (so while I'm in a battle it never dropped the connection). But inside the menu..... Oh boy...

For example, I'm just browsing my cards, and suddenly the no-internet red wifi sign appears in the middle of the screen. And it stays here for 30 seconds, and then it says that I've lost connection. Well it's not so annoying so far but it gets worse.

About 1 out of 10 times when I do an action that requires some kind of communication between my phone and the server (share a replay, buy a card, start opening a chest, open a chest that is ready to be opened, request a card, start a battle, write a chat message), the same thing happens like I mentioned above. No internet sign-->wait 30 seconds--> drop (from now on, I'm gonna refer to this as "the game freaked out). 1 out of 10 might not sound too much but if you think about it, it's waaay too often.

It have caused me several inconvenient moments. For example, I opened a chest that was ready to be opened. The animation of the opening chest appeared, the game freaked out, and then when I re-logged, the chest was gone. Of course, I have received the contents but I have no idea what have I received, which is not tragic, but still annoying.

A much more inconvenient example (happened 2-3 times): I requested a card. The game kindly activated the request timer, then it freaked out, re-logged, and the request was not there... But the timer was activated :(:(

But the same goes for chat messages. I write something then the game drops me, I share a replay, but it will drop me instead (and activates the 30 second timer for replay sharing too, which is sure not much but when I already have so many problems it is incredibly frustrating)

You might think that it is a network problem, but no. Other family members play with this game too, and they have never experienced such problems, only me. And it does not only happen at home, but on mobile data, other networks etc...
Another proof why it's not a network problem: During battles, it is flawless. No lag, no DC.

So overall, this is not a problem that kills all the fun but it is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient many times.
I use a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ (SM-G928F international model). Maybe it's a phone specific problem.

Thank you for your time, thanks for reading!
