iOS Please fix!!

I am not able to place any troops for any matches. I started the game and it worked fine. After a maintance break, i couldnt place any troops while playing. I reloaded the game twice and nothing. I keep trying on training to see if it will work. Please help. I like this game, but i cant play!!!
