General crown chest cool down

the cool down for crown chest is 24 hrs right now

but as we played for a while, it starts to take at least 10 games, mostly 1-0 games. so can we set the cd to something like 23hrs? otherwise, the time would gradually getting later. and we will have to miss one eventually.

btw, can any pro here tell me how much exp do we get for upgrading a troop from lvl 6 to 7?
