Before I start this thread, I would like to establish that I love this game. I am not bashing it whatsoever, but every great thing has its flaws. So let us begin!
I have seen multiple people bring up the monetary factor that affects this game, and it's impossible to deny. Yes, people who spend money will of course be better than you. However, I have enjoyed this game without investing anything, (nearly level 5) so that is not my main problem.
1. One thing I noticed is that I severely got skimped early on in the game. I constantly run into people rocking witches, prinches, goblin barrels, chows, and balloons and I have yet to pull any of these seemingly overpowered cards. I understand they each have their counters, but it is extremely hard, especially when you don't have them yourself. I don't know how this could be solved, but I feel like you guys needs to make stronger counters or nerf these superpowers because it's extremely difficult to fight back against it.
2. Secondly, the lag out glitch thing where your troops won't drop but it says it's using elixir. That's an issue and needs to be fixed ASAP. When it happens, you lose. No say in the matter, even if you have one of the enemies crown towers down and are making another push, it's over. That needs to be fixed.
3. Chests take forever to open. Too long, in my opinion. It's highly offputting. I bet a lot of people (that could possibly spend some $$$) will quit the game because despite the fast-paced nature, it is forced to be extremely slow. This isn't CoC or Boom Beach, no need to try to make it like those games where you play for an upgrade and log off. You play it for the fun gameplay and it's annoying having that barrier.

In conclusion: Love the game, but I hope to see lots of improvement in the future. Great work supercell!
