A few months ago I attempted to purchase a in app offer. After taping on it it paused to bring up the password, my phone died and when I went back on Clash Royal all the in app purchase buttons were gray and when I tap on them, the game says 'transaction is pending'. Recently I emailed Apple and they said I needed to talk to Supercell. My friend had the same problem and he told me to do this. So if a staff member can fix something with my account that would be great. My in game name is 'DwarfLord' and my player tag is #2QYQRYRP8

I have a legendary chest in the shop so I want to fix this fast ;)

And yes I have tried restarting my phone, logging out of the app store, uninstalling Clash Royal etc. so please don't say that. :)
