iOS Didnt receive donation

I requested a Valkerie because I needed one more for a level 4 upgrade (9/10) a clan mate donated one and I did not receive it, still showing 9/10 and really don't know what happened. Donation is not showing in the clan chat and I'm sure I saw the notification that my mate donated it. How can I contact support? Been looking for hours and can't find anywhere to send a message.
