General Cards shuffle themselves

I have had this glitch happen to me on a number of occasions. I will play a card and then try to play a second card quickly after and that second card has switched places with another card. So rather than play that second card i had intended, I end up playing a totally different card usually resulting in my demise. Anyone else had this problem?
