I'm aware of the disconnections that happen when you swap hubs or the random occurrences in battles but I've been stuck with a startup issue for the past 10 minutes or so.

When loading the game, the bar gets to 50% as normal. The game pauses, fades black and loads up the rest of the game with no connection. I can see this from the 'online:' in the clan tab that doesn't load and then the connection failure symbol appears. I tried to open my free chest several times and it came up as an empty chest and the disconnection error appeared again.

So I'm caught in a disconnection issue that prevents me from doing anything on the game. The game data loads but there is no connection to the servers. My internet connection is perfectly fine and is extremely reliable. I need a fix soon because I can't do anything on the game.
