Ok so i noticed that on android when the 60 second counter hits that it lags and resets ur card and doesnt let u set cards down. To be honest this gives someone a boost a second of delay for putting down troops ive tested this on 4 phones of mine running android i havent tested iso but ive asked around and ive seen troops get placed by ios users at the 60 second mark so idk. I always make sure i clear all other apps out and run a memory cleaning and i always have 3gb out of 4 free when i play the game ive tried it on wifi and tried it with regular cell signal.
