i cant purchase the special offer it says "unfortunately your transaction cant be completed at this time please try again." i check my transaction at payment.google.com and it says "your purchase has been canceled. you wont be charged." and the one i purchase says."canceled. arena 9 starter pack(clash royale)
Reach arena 9 to unlock this one time offer". im already at arena 9.
