General Freeze spell bug

So couple days ago i noticed a bug, which is when freeze spell being droped on elixir collector, elixir collectors DO NOT stop the production. Submited info via help support, 12-15 hours later, i resieve a repply, that it should be freezing elixir collector, and if does not i need to submit a video, by uploading it on youtube and then this forum..

All i have to say is wow, to submit a bug i have to
1) find and download an app to record my game screen
2) make a youtube account
3) open a channel on youtube account
4) upload a video
5) make supercell account/log in with my private facebook account etc.
6) make a threat on supercell
7) wait for a robot like message saying thank you for your info but we need u to do more steps.
Anyways you get the idea....

With all due respect, i am trying to make this game better by helping your company with the job that your game testers did bad on. There should not be so many steps to submit a bug. Some people do not wish to have forum accounts, or youtube accounts. There is a brand new idea for a new update for you. Make videos of replays sharable to drop in box that help support has, (although i have been informed that they do not have acces to it)
A simple button, help support, share replay would make life easier. even on the forum i cannot upload a video, which forces me to do extra steps making accounts everywhere. Thank you for your time, and no i will not provide
a video via youtube.

Game account " Ballz Deep", will acept any thank you items on my account. 60 trophies that i lost taking screen shots etc would be ideal.
