This bug occasionally occurs but happens quite often. So, as usual, I'd request for a card, preferably a "common" one and wait for my clan-mates to donate when the "request" button becomes available.
Most of my clan-mates are in Royal Arena, so they can donate 6 "commons" but even though I only get 6 common cards from then, the pop-up sometimes say I received 12.
I know it's not a serious bug but I suppose it's still worth pointing out.
