On the 10th of May I had the most unluckiest experience ever. Just after collecting my 10th crown I opened my Crown chest, it went through the cards to come to a shimmering hexagonal card. I was so excited to see it flip over and reveals ICE WIZARD, But as the unique sound started the game crashed. It took forever (literally 5 mins)for it to restart.The first thing I noticed was the crown chest sitting there, as if I never opened it. Next I scrolled down my library, but I my ICE WIZARD was nowhere to be found. I panicked and reopened the Glitched Crown chest, but this time the contents were different...no ICE WIZ... the worst thing is i reported it in-game and they say it has never happened to them so it couldn't have happened to me. So unfair I am LV9, 1200 wins, 5000 donations, have spent a fair amount of money and get done this way, along with others now that i see here that had a chest glitch out something that they can clearly tell what it was. Some lost epics some sadly lost legendaries. PLEASE COMMENT BELOW IF YOU HAVE EXPERENCED THIS BUG ALSO, THANKS
