It's not your computer and it's nothing you're doing wrong. Many users have this issue. It's a vBulletin problem. I experienced it in Microsoft Edge until I changed my settings and now it's gone.

1. Go into your Profile
2. Tap on General Settings
3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options
4. Change to "Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls"
5. Tap Save Changes

The problem will be gone.
