General a mistake in new balanced (10/20)

Hi.
Me and my friend (JETRANG) found a mistake in new balanced.
That is in skeletons and skeleton army.

in news you said skeletons in level 1 of skeleton army are level 5 but their damage and HP does not start from level 5 they're start from level 1 like past.
Their name is level 5 but they steal in level 1 like past.

Please check it and create it.
