Fire OS [ANDROID] 50% loading screen?

Hi, im using an Amazon Fire Phone and over the past 5 days my game has not been working. It gets to 50% on the loading screen, sits there for a while and then crashes. I've seen a lot of posts simular to this but no actual solutions that work... de install and re install don't work and i even tried factory resetting my phone... but still nothing

can anybody help??
