General in-game support not responding.

So, my game got deleted, and i needed my account back. when i messaged them through the in game support, they would respond once and then when i followed up with the first response they stop responding. So, every time i try and message them they stop responding as if they hadn't seen my message. This is my last try to somehow get my account back by saying that there support system is messed up and they have not been able to help me in a span of 3 days.
