A clan member tried to donate cards to me. But it has bugged, even though I've had 10/10 donations I did not receive 2 cards and the donation request is stuck on clan chat.

I have the same problem. Im on arena 9 (request limit 40 cards) and even when everyone donated until the donation bar is full, I only received 36 cards.
