Cannon cart agro does not reset when zapped by Electro Wizard, unless ewiz is placed on top of it. I've tested it with my friend multiple times, as following:

I let the cannon cart focus on my tower, then place valkyrie near it, then place ewiz to attack from afar, cart still focuses tower. Only when ewiz is placed on top of cannon cart is its focus taken away from tower.

Thanks for the report. The video quality isn't great but still it shows the bug. Developers will look into it and will fix it as soon as possible (probably not sooner than October because there will be no client update until October and such fixes may require client update). Edit: I've checked the video again and have an explanation for it. I saw that the electro wizard's attack break the shiled. This is causing cannon cart to turn into a normal Cannon. That's why the stun of that attack doesn't move to normal cannon and that's why cannon doesn't change it's target.
