I always see them posting their accounts in facebook a group with negative gems and some have so many gems because they are doing something (refunding and buying again like in coc), but i do not know how they do that . Please ban them because they ruin the game. They are from philippines. I hope you make an action about it. I'm just concern about the game.

Why ban them they do not gain anything by doing this. After they refund they cant use gems anymore. They will have to spend that money again just to get it even then even more just to buy more chest
