Okay I will try to explain this .
I had an opponent playing a sparky.(Behind his king tower)
I had placed a valkyrie in the same lane as the sparky.
To waste the sparkys shot I threw a Goblin Barrel on his tower.
It reached there on time and at the same time he used arrows to kill the goblins.
Now heres when the bug happened......
The arrows and sparkys shot reached the goblins at the same time I saw the sparky fire and the spark even burst killing the goblin(s)
andd then my valkyrie reached his tower but before she could swirl even once ...
BOOM ! the sparky shot again with just 1 seconds delay......
I was like wtf?! it takes 5 secs.......
I thought this was a visual glitch (I mean sparky didnt kill the golins)
So I watched the replay and still it was the same.....
This made me loose the game....

I dont know how to screen capture my screen on Android 4.3 :/
If someone knows how I can record and post it up here.
