hi. i paid two times at 03/07/16 for gems. one of them was 10$ and the other one was 1$ . and i didn't get my order. i didn't receive any gems.

in my account info and purchase history , i can see my purchase.
3 days ago i contacted with iTunes and i told my problem. they checked it and finally they told me to ask it from you. they said that we are just a billing service!!! and only supercell can help you!!


I contacted with supercell .and this is the answer from supercell help and support ( inside game - help and support ):

Sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out. I’ve checked your game log. There isn’t any transaction matching the order mentioned in your message.
This is pretty rare, and typically due to Apple servers losing connection to your device mid-purchase. This prevents iTunes from connecting with the game, thereby stopping the order from following through completely.
Please note, transactions are always delivered to the account they were ordered from, regardless of which Apple ID you’re using.
Because iTunes is the official merchant for all Apple purchases, please contact them directly using this link (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/), select “Contact iTunes store support”, proceed to “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose which option is applicable to your case. We understand that Apple told you to contact us, but they are the only ones that can help you with this.
Again my apologies for the inconvenience, please feel free to write back if you have any other questions."

i contacted with iTunes and they checked this answer from supercell.

they said we will send you receipts to proof your purchase. now i have the receipts. and i wanna email the receipts to supercell. whats the email address? nobody does not give me the answer anymore. since yesterday i am sending messages to supercell ( inside game - help and support ) and nothing happens.
what should i do now?
