General Pairing overcombensate level upgrades

It happens so consistently that I no longer believe it to be random bad luck. Each time I have got level upgrade into my deck I have suffered significant trophy drop by losing many games in row.

I recall dropping arena each time I got barbarians, arrows and minion horde to level 10. I dropped arena when I got Ice Wizard at level 2 and when I got tower at 9. Now when I got tower at 10 I almost dropped from Royal.

I understand that it makea sense to combensate level upgrades at pairing or elo calculations to avoid bad match ups but as is it overcombensates.

Having grinded weeks just to get arena drop as reward is not quite rewarding. Frankly, words allowed to be used at this forum are not enough for discribing how I feel.
