General button chat disappears

I play Bluestack and I can not talk to my team because the button to send the message disappears when I click a first time to write so I can not send the message because the button has disappeared from the game ...
how to send a message in this case ??

Just go to Bluestacks setting and go to Keyboard setting shown there.. in the Default click it and select Hardware keyboard to Off.. or disable. I hope this will fix.
