Hi.

First clear cache files for clash royale:

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage>manage storage. Then clear cache for clash royale.

Then open the game while you're connected to a VPN:

Download a free vpn app from app store (like hot spot shield). Then use and connect to vpn server. Then open the game. It should now update the content in a second and load your progress.

Let me know if it fixed the issue or not.
