Android After update 29/02/16 Problem!

Hi fellow royales,
To start of I am a huge fan of clash royale and now I am not able to play the game. I live in India.I got the game 2 or 3 days back from the play store. The story of me getting the game is more like a glitch. I got an advertisement saying to download Clash royale and I did and I got the game but when i switch over to play store it says "Register" and all my friends don't have it.I am happy playing the game. Now to the problem, as the update came it says this-
I do not want to advertise any emulator here so I cut off its name.And when I click update, the screen reloads and gives the same message.I am not using a phone to specify its version, I am using an android emulator. I am not allowed to use a phone hence I have to overcome this by using an emulator.
Please give me a solution.
