As of yet, unfortunately I don't have a way of proving this. But what I've seen is this:

When deploying cards onto the field, I will occasionally notice that the wrong card is deployed.

I realize that sounds stupid, but I'm asking if anyone else has seen this.

What it seems like is that during the card exchange (after one card has been deployed and the card "on deck" is transferred into my hand), it's possible to snag that card from mid-air (as it's flying to land on the tray), and deploy it instead of the card it's flying over top of.

It's very difficult to recreate, and quite possibly impossible to prove. But imagine selecting and playing the 4th card on your tray. Then you move your finger over to your second card position to play that card immediately after.

However, since the 4th slot is empty, the card "on deck" is being loaded into that 4th-slot position. And while that card is flying to that position, you press down on card two and play it. ...but it's not card 2, it's the new card 4.

Anyone else ever seen this? Just a total shocker that the card you played isn't the card you intended to select?

Perhaps the developers could look into it and see if the "flying" cards are playable? Maybe they could code them to "unplayable" until the card lands in your tray?
