I feel adding in a tournament game mode where players are allowed to create a tournament for a price. Then they can add the players to compete. This would not cause players to leave guilds solely for the purpose of a tournament and encourage clan play. It might be even possible to add a trophy system for clans, such as tournament trophy wins.
