Hello,

So i have purchased 500 Gems And the bank said that the Purchase is sucess After that My game restarted And i didn't got gems To open my first legendary How is that possible

I will not buy it Once more to get it

Sometimes it may take a little while for the gems to be delivered, so please wait at least 24 hours before contacting Player Support. In the meantime, there is no need to purchase the gems again! Your previous purchase is still being processed and we will not be able to process a refund for an additional purchase. After 24 hours you can contact Apple/Google and ask for a refund. If you device is jailbroken/rooted, few apps can mess up the ingame purchases.
