This isn't the biggest issue in Clash Royale for sure. When pausing a replay, everything except for specific arenas stop. Barbarians freeze on the spot, timers and elixir usage GUI freeze and the replay looks like it is paused. However, sparky keeps on moving on the spot and the shaking when ready to fire.

So the point is that Sparky's animation does not stop when a replay is paused, showing that Sparky can drive on the spot!
