I had an arena 3 giant chest, and an arena 3 silver chest. I went to open the silver chest and the connection loss symbol appeared and I restarted my game (at this point I JUST got a giant chest and I just tried to OPEN the silver chest not even started to unlock the giant) and the silver chest was still there adn I could still open it but my giant chest wasn't there
