Android Cant complete a transaction

I downloaded the game just fine,but I can't buy any gems and it keeps saying that an error occured while completing the transaction. I can buy other items in different games, but for some reason not this one. I have $10.90 on my account, but it wont let me complete the transaction. Everytime I check my status on my google account, it says the purchased was canceled even though the payment didnt go through. Any help is much appreciated.
