Hey,

we all know that game center sync was broken in precious patch. But now in 1.1 you have made an effort of fixing it but really breaking it in even more serious way.

i started poayinf with ipad and loved the game. That much that i spent 20 euros to get start progress. Then i started the game with iphone, but could not syncronize the progress. After the patch, each time i fire up the game from ipad it asks if i want to overwrite the progress with level 1 iphone. I answer no.

now imagine if i click accidently yes or my kid fires ip the game and presses 50% chance on right or wrong button. That leads me contacting support and getting answer that yea, sorry it's not possible to restore, perhaps with food luck refunds, me being super annoyed and boicotting supercell games for rest of my life.

i have read the forums, QA, done everything to change the roles of devices, with no success:

- clicked this is new device on iphone, you get promted a code, and threre is no guidance what that code even is. Really guys? Why would you not tell the logic with instructions, since you haven't made it obvious in the ui.
- clicked old device on ipad, i get message make sure you are in game center (i am) and sync will autofix itself.
- uninstalled game from iphone.
- launched the game on ipad from game center.


now nothing helps. Please advice how to fix this. If you know yep, it's a known error please tell here with some estimation on fix. Worst thing you can do know is ignore this message, and play radio silent.

Hey I just got a new phone and am having this problem. My old phone asks me to sync with my new phone, to level 1! I invested money in the game. I read on a forum you have to get to level 3 on your new device/game before you can sync back so I have been trying to level up to that. Almost there. Hopefully that works.

Cant even find an email or phone support number to call Super Cell! I just want my new device to prompt me to sync with my old one but all I can get is for it to do the opposite.

I as well am having this frustrating issue. Got game center to work but it saved from my iphone first (the new game) when i wanted to save from ipad (older game with more progress) andit wants to override my ipad with the game instead of vice versa. Very upset with Apple, Supercell, and game center!!

Having the same problem, can't sync game from iPad to iPhone, I've tried everything and I'm using the same Game Center account, still not happening...
