Android Weird Glitch While Playing Classic Challenge

So I was just battling in the classic challenge yesterday, it started out regularly, like it showed our name and clan at first.
Then suddenly the elixir just froze, we both couldn't place any card, like the screen and animations of the towers were still moving, but there was just no elixir, the opponent left after a few seconds, but I still stayed there. No use, the battle was just frozen.
I exited the game completely and reopened, when I came back it was like the battle wan't even there...
Supercell, please check out this weird glitch...
