iOS Mini PEKKA ranged attack glitch!

When a mini PEKKA attacks a unit, whom only targets buildings, the mini PEKKA is able to hit the units even when 3 or 4 tiles away from these building attacking units! For example, a mini PEKKA will hit a hog rider, the hog rider will move two or three tiles away and the mini PEKKA somehow hits it a second time from a range of a spear goblin! This makes no sense!
