iOS Cant link progress between multiple devices.

I can't link my progress from my one ipad to another. They are both signed into the same Gamecenter account but they are just not picking up on eachother. And they both have the "welcome back" GC message at the top when I open them. It's almost like I have two games going, one on each device, but both under the same Gamecenter. One game is level 2 (I just got it) and the other has just the first tuturial attack completed.

Any help or advice?
