I was playing on 3-26-16 and i opened a free chest and i got the princess next thing my phone turs off and then i log back on and she isnt there i didnt contact because i thought it was just a glitch but then. Then today i opened a gold chest and i got sparky and my phone turned off again and i raged and then i decided to report it i really want them back now i am mad because sparky is one of the things i really like i really want the princess and sparky back it takes for ever to get thwm and i am in arena 7 going to 8 i have all the cards except for the legendaries and the gaurds i would only need 3 more legendaries if it werent for this please help me get the princess and sparky back that would help me alot, your pal <c2>Warrior<c>( i messed up my name)
